Super clean facility, easy to navigate/find your unit, well maintained, and I felt 100% safe having my belongings in the unit. On top of all that, this was the lowest rate I could find in the entire area. Not a single negative aspect about my entire experience conducting business here, and both Jennifer and Amanda were very helpful, friendly, and professional every time I interacted with them. “Moved into Super Storage four months ago, after two other storages - one in Paso Robles and the other in Atascadero - ended up having rodents. I know most of my experiences with storage places are that they are almost always booked so customer service is not a tight priority, although this location has most of its units filled up I can't say enough about Jennifer the lady at the front desk, how polite she is and a very hard worker. I use the storage for my business so I am at it times per week. Every time I am there and not helping out a customer she is out picking up trash around the property or sweeping or even pulling weeds ... Literally every time I am there she is doing something to better the storage experience for the customer. Out of all of the storage facilities that I have used in the past, this is by far the best storage place that I have ever used. I was recently telling my daughter who is with me a lot of the time that this is the type of work attitude that you want to have at every job. She said that I should write a review, and so here I am. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience at Super Storage and recommend their facilities to everyone I know who lives or works in the immediate area..”
